Quadrel Q65

The Q65 labeling head is a rugged, state-ofthe-art labeler for the MOST demanding labeling applications. Because the Q65 delivers very high speeds AND 24/7 reliability in the harshest environments, it is the labeler of choice on a wide variety of product handling systems produced by Quadrel. Design features include built in electronics, a choice of M2 or M3 microprocessor control and high speed stepper or  servo labeling drive. The Q65 is capable of speeds from 150 ppm to 750 ppm depending on the drive option and is used on Quadrel's Rotary systems, pharmaceutical systems and the popular VersaLine L.C. System.

ADVANCED CONTROLS

The user friendly M3 microprocessor features 'self teach' setup allowing for 'one button' product setups and' instant' changeovers with the capability to retain 50 label formats. In addition the M3 features on-board diagnostics for fault conditions and a 'soft touch' intuitive operator interface.  The Q65 with Servo Drive is available with the ultra high speed M2 microprocessor control. The M2 has been available for several years and is a standard in many packaging environments.
